The Wellington Professional Campus is located in Macomb Township on the east side of Hayes Road, just south of 23 Mile Road. With an average daily traffic count of 22,000 cars a day, it is one of the busiest thoroughfares in north Macomb County. The Hayes Road expansion to five (5) lanes has been completed and will provide even greater accessibility to the site.
The surrounding area is rich in residential, commercial and retail development. A Kroger Super Center (120,000 sq. ft), the largest in Michigan, recently opened at Hayes and 23 Mile Road. This is the the first of its kind for Kroger and will bring tremendous traffic and exposure to the project.
