Anthony Ferlito is President and CEO of Ferlito Construction, Inc., a company founded in 1980. In less than three decades, Ferlito Construction grew from Ferlito Brothers Cement Company into a multi-million dollar-a-year mid-sized general contractor/construction management company, which develops and manages over a quarter of a million square feet of commercial real estate. Ferlito Construction participates in a variety of construction projects including, but not limited to, retail, residential, medical, industrial, entertainment buildings, shopping centers, restaurants and residential subdivisions. A major strength is that the company has experience working through the construction process as both an owner and developer.
