Wellington Professional Campus will consist of approximately 120,000 sq. ft. of office/medical space in one of the fastest growing communities in the State, Macomb Township. The development sits on over 16 acres with 800′ of frontage on Hayes Road, one of the busiest thoroughfares in north Macomb County. The Hayes Road expansion to five (5) lanes has been completed and will provide even greater accessibility to the site.
The project will consist of two (2) 20,000 sq. ft. buildings and one (1) 80,000 sq. ft. two‐story building, offering great flexibility in tenant mixes.
